As MI Portland Downtown takes on Independence Celebration Fireworks through 2025, the event will take place at Bouge Flats the Friday Before July 4 at dusk.

Be a part of shaping up to one of Portland's favorite events We have levels and price ranges to suit every business and individual. Portland is a community built and maintained on the strength of its residents and businesses. We come together this time of year to celebrate our independence and appreciate those who've served to maintain our freedoms.
We hope you'll join us Friday, July 1, 2022, and contribute or pledge what you can.
