She puts her own original slant on old and new songs and covers the material of artists such as Joni Mitchell, The Rolling Stones, Lucinda Williams,and Shawn Colvin to name a few. libra-singer-songwriter-producer-muralist-artist-really cool mutha from Portland Maine! i started writing songs on guitar when i was a kid, but became very bored and wanted to add other instruments to my empty recordings. i love the sound of synthesizers and FX in electronic/ pop music so when i discovered the loop based music program, Acid Pro, i was psyched! i began creating music that sounds more like i actually spent some time in a studio. ha ha. i write, sing, record, mix and produce all my songs myself at home with my computer and 4track and very proud of it. i don't have the best sound equipment so its definitely Lo-Fi. i do what i can. i have about 50 songs im currently writing and probably 50 more where those came from. i would like to start performing live shows sooner than later. if you're local and would like to work together, send me a message. i would LOVE to write songs with someone who plays hot synth! and has mad engineering skills.i'd collaborate with other musicians, managers, producers that like my flavor. i also paint murals, with acrylics on walls and canvas. Yeah!!
