Join us for our 15th annual Friends on the Fourth 5k!
This is a scenic, forgiving course with great times. Bring the family and walk along the eastern shore of Maranacook Lake (for the majority of the race), or show your competitive side and run to win! The fun, festival atmosphere will set this year's Fourth of July off to a happy, healthy start!
Guarantee your T-shirt and gift bag by registering (including $22 race fee) by noon June 29, 2017. T-shirts will be available on first come, first serve basis beyond June 30. Wicking shirts will need to be ordered by Friday, June 23.
Race day registration begins at 7 a.m. at the American Legion on Bowdoin St; same day registration is $25, again with no guarantee of T-shirt and/or gift bag availability.
Awards: Men's and Women's 1st place awards will be given to the following age groups: 10&under, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+. Awards will also be given to the overall M/F winners, and certificates will be given to all participants 10 years of age and under.
